The first novel by E. George I‘ve read . The author seems to be quite famous among the crime stories’ readers and I have to say that this novel is well written. The plot is simple but with a lot of characters and an interesting development. Nothing special, but it is really good light entertainment. The novel is based in Guernsey and takes back to its German occupation but history is a very far background.
